Send items back within: 14 days of delivery

Returns and exchange details
I hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if there is an issue, please contact me so I can rectify it at the earliest. However, in case a refund is really required (eg., if I sent the wrong jewelry or it arrived in a broken condition, although since I tissue wrap and bubble wrap the jewelry, this is highly unlikely), please send me back the jewelry in the original condition with the container within 14 days from date of receipt for a full refund (minus the shipping cost).

Items will be shipped to the address specified in your order.
I usually mail orders TWICE a week (on Tuesday and Friday).
In case of rush orders please contact me and I’ll do my best. :).
Items will come nicely packed, but if you have special needs, such a particular gift wrap/box or a note to add to the item, specify it in the ‘message to the seller’ and I’ll be happy to do it for you at no extra charge, of course.
Please double check your existing customs laws, as I can’t be responsible for any eventual trouble or overcharge for importing goods in your country.
